He began his career as an electrician’s helper and has advanced through roles as an Estimator, Project Manager, and Construction Manager. In his current role as Director of Field Operations, Dustin oversees all aspects of the lighting crews, ensuring projects are completed safely, timely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
