Stage 1: Planning & Preparation
Once your project is approved, we get to work.
- A pre-construction meeting is held onsite with your team, our Project Manager, and your dedicated Account Manager.
- We’ll review your safety protocols, jobsite logistics, and schedule expectations.
- All materials are ordered promptly to keep your project moving, followed by development of the construction schedule.
- Our crews complete client-specific safety training and receive clear guidance on work hours and procedures.
Stage 2: Onsite Execution & Oversight
As the project progresses, we keep communication and quality front and center.
- Weekly progress meetings keep everyone aligned and accountable.
- We review completed work, outline what’s ahead, and address any changes.
- Our team conducts ongoing quality checks with your team—any issues are addressed immediately on the spot.
Stage 3: Project Close-Out
We wrap up strong, leaving nothing undone.
- At 90% completion, a detailed walk-through inspection is addressed by our Project Manager and Supervisor to ensure scope of work accuracy and development of any punch list items to be addressed.
- Once our in-house punch list is addressed, we will conduct a final walkthrough with your team to confirm that everything meets expectations.
- Once approved, we both sign the Project Acceptance Sheet, and you will receive an Operations & Maintenance Manual for your records.
- Next, we will schedule a closeout meeting with your team to deliver warranty information, operation and maintenance manuals, and project as-builts. Any commissioning or training will also be delivered or scheduled.
